General Counsel
S. Elisabeth Price was appointed General Counsel for HMGMA in September 2025.
In this role, she serves as chief legal advisor to the President & CEO and executive leadership team of HMGMA, providing legal oversight in the areas of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contract and transactional management, labor & employment law support, insurance and risk management, and litigation strategy.
Price first joined HMGMA in 2024 as Senior Counsel for Contracts supporting all HMGMA’s contract and transactional activities and setting up systems for contract management as HMGMA transitioned from construction to start of vehicle production. Before HMGMA, Price worked at Gulfstream Aerospace where she supported their indirect contracts group. She also practiced law in labor and employment, business litigation and general practice at Bignault & Carter in Savannah, Georgia.
Price earned a Bachelor of Arts from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a Juris Doctor from the Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
