Chief Administrative Officer
Brent Stubbs is the Chief Administrative Officer for HMGMA.
Prior to his appointment in January 2025, Dr. Stubbs was the Senior Manager/Head of Learning and Development for HMGMA. Prior to joining HMGMA in early 2023, he spent over ten years in leadership at Savannah Technical College, spanning roles to include Dean of Adult Education, General Studies and Vice President for Adult Education and Economic Development.
Dr. Stubbs helped to build integrated adult education programs, veteran training programs, apprenticeship programs, micro-credential programs, corporate training and a host of other programs that support adult career pathways.
He holds a BA from Oral Roberts University, MBA from Brenau University, and Ed.D. from Georgia Southern University.
